Terry was honorably discharged from the U.S. Navy in 1974. Terry was employed by Continental Grain Co. from 1976 through 1979, at which time he joined Cargill Inc. in their Goshen office. Terry was employed by Cargill from 1979 until leaving Cargill in 1990 and joining Shanco Commodities Co. He served Shanco as a field merchant in the Kings, Tulare, & Fresno County area until 2002 when he joined Western Milling as part of the Shanco asset acquisition. Terry currently serves the needs of farmers in the same geographic area today.

Joe is graduate of the University of California at Los Angeles with a Bachelors Degree in Economics. Additionally, he is a former US Navy Serviceman who received an Honorable Discharge from service in 1975. Joe joined Western Milling in January, 2003 after twenty plus years of trading trans-continental and export markets for Agrex, Inc., a major international grain company, located in Kansas. Joe is a native Californian who lives in Visalia with his wife and two children.

Mark graduated from Iowa State University in 1992 with a BS in Ag Business. Fresh out of college, Mark started his career as a Barley Merchandiser for Harvest States Cooperatives, located in St. Paul, MN. Mark moved to Visalia, Ca in 1997 to begin working as a Grain Merchandiser for a local feed manufacturer. In 2002, Mark joined the Western Milling team as a Protein Merchandiser managing the Soymeal, Canola, DDG, Cottonseed Meal and Soyhull Pellet positions.
